Leadership Parsons is a nine month leadership development course designed to build 21st Century Leaders in Parsons and make them aware of the challenges facing the city and surrounding area.  At the conclusion of the program they will feel inspired to accept responsibility and provide the leadership necessary for our community to succeed.
